Every estimate we hand you includes the written terms of our workmanship guarantee for the work described. You get it at estimate time rather than at signing, because a guarantee is part of what you're comparing between contractors — not a detail to discover afterwards.
If you want to see the terms before you book anything, call or text and we'll send them over. We'd rather you read them cold than skim them across a kitchen table.
One thing worth saying plainly: a guarantee on the structural work does not fix a drainage problem nobody corrected. That's why step four of our method is fixing the water that caused the movement. Skipping it is the most common reason a repair doesn't hold.

Is it in writing, and can I read it before I sign?
A guarantee you can't read before committing isn't a guarantee, it's a sales line. Ask for the document at estimate time, not at signing.
What exactly does it cover — and what doesn't it?
Most cover the work performed. Far fewer cover new movement in an area that wasn't repaired. Know which one you're getting.
How long does it last?
Terms in this category range from a year to the lifetime of the structure. The number matters less than whether it's written down.
Does it transfer if I sell the house?
This is the question a buyer's agent will ask. A repair with a transferable guarantee is a selling point; one without is a disclosure item.
Who honours it if you go out of business?
Ask whether it's backed by the company alone or by a third party. Small local firms and national franchises answer this very differently.
What voids it?
Usually unaddressed drainage, plumbing leaks or later alterations. Worth knowing up front so nothing surprises you in year three.
